We are a group of mid 20′s (24-27 years old) looking for a good place to go in Europe for two to three nights. We were thinking Munich or Krakow. There must be a good social/bar scene and a good night life in the city. All ideas greatly appreciated!

This can’t just be a British problem. How do they deal these issues in Europe?

Last year I travelled across Europe living in a tent and mostly in the car we drove in..it made me indepentent, mature, mentally strong and to a certain extent wise. But now a year on I feel I have lost it, no longer having anecdotes about we I was finding a place to sleep for the night and more about how drunk I got on the weekend! How can I keep what I learned at the forefront of my brain without having to trek off every summer!

I think they should as their is a culture clash which they are trying to dictate to the native peoples. They will not and cannot be intergrated into western society. I am not suprised by their lack of willingness to sell up in europe and go back to the middle east because they know they have it cushty here, free health, education and social benefits of the advanced devloped western infrastructure. But they will have to be forced its carrot and stick time offer them a certain amount of money per person and if they refuse put them on the next boat out with nothing. This is to save the sanity and safety of the europeans.

I am currently trying to find a topic to do my senior project on. I would like the topic to be meaninful and on the positive side. I would like to find an really interesting (little known) topic in Europe (ex: topics of social reform, topics that affect peoples lives, current projects. I am open to any suggestions—-Please help me—–
I would like to do my project on something specific in Europe (But the topic can be about anything, which makes the selection pretty difficult)

- Western world is riddled with financial disasters;
- At least two countries (Pakistan, North Korea) have been testing or announcing a nuclear arsenal;
- A dictatorship (Iran) is in turmoil;
- Russia has one hand on the gas-tap to Europe.

Are the sociopolitical conditions the world is experiencing at the moment the ideal fertile breeding ground for a major war? Does the world situation compare in anyway to the preceding 12-months (say) of WWI and WWII?

how are people there to each other and why are they so much more "civil" in comparison to USA ?

other reasons different than above in question?

what are the other "social factors" that have made USA the way it is?

and which parts of Europe are the best and worst?

why so for this you think?

how is it changing, if so?

I recently lost my job and have to apply for social welfare. I told my inspetor that I was inter-railing around Europe from Feb to May and now I have to prove it. I lost my old passport with some stamps on it and had to order a new one. I recently disposed of my old hostel receipts and airline booking confirmation emails. I’m nervous because if I can;t prove I was travelling then I mightn’t receive any payment.

Anyhelp appreciated whatsoever!

This was just announced on BBC world. Mr. Obama remember it is not the US where the muslims will be flocking to when Turkey joins the EU but Europe. Three cheers for President Sarkosy (?) of France who says he will veto Turkey joining the EU.

I’m looking at women in the whole of Europe so English history not enough. I’m aware of the industrial revolution and the French revolution which had a real effect on all European society. Did either of those make a big difference to women in society specifically. I have a load of books but women in Europe seems such a huge social group. Any pointers to guide my research much, much appreciated.
